Fuels Alopecian Beauty Co's initiatives in New York City, advancing health equity and nurturing creativity in the community. This fund supports the NYC Board of Trustees and NYC Committee by covering essential expenses like meals, transportation, and lodging. Signature events like the NYC Health Equity Runway Show and Annual Meet & Greet are powered by this fund, bringing together professionals, artists, and scientists to collaborate and inspire change. Additionally, the fund supports innovative programs such as the NYC Life Science Hub, Storytelling and Communication Program, and Creative Problem-Solving Program exclusively for artists and scientists, along with the Design & Technology Program for college students, excelling future leaders in the fields of health, life science and innovation. 

Supports Alopecian Beauty Co's commitment to promoting mental health and emotional well-being for women, teens, and individuals affected by alopecia, lupus, and cancer. Through programs like the Bare Mental Beauty Program, which focuses on mental health awareness and support, and the Alopecia Focus Group, this fund empowers those dealing with hair loss and autoimmune conditions. The Empathy Committee leads the charge in cultivating compassionate communities, while initiatives like the H.L.I. Program and the Global Medical Center Initiative provide ownership benefits, comprehensive mental and medical support. Additional focus groups for Lupus and Cancer offer specialized care, and the Prosperity Book Club, a literacy program, encourages personal growth and emotional resilience through the power of reading and community. 

Supports the planning, development, and execution of Alopecian Beauty Co’s premier annual event, the 8th Annual ALC Valor Gala. This fund covers expenses related to the ATL Gala Committee's Travel & Lodge and provides opportunities for Seminars, Leadership Education, and Training for committee members. Additionally, it ensures the successful coordination of the event by supporting Community Volunteers, empowering them to take an active role in creating a memorable and impactful experience for all attendees.  At the end of the year we go on a Board Retreat. 

Fuels initiatives that accelerate growth, robust infrastructure, quality education, accessible healthcare, diverse businesses, strong entrepreneurial activity, community engagement, sustainable practices, job creation, affordable housing, a well-trained workforce and social equity within communities affected by autoimmune diseases. Through the Skills To Philanthropy Program, participants learn valuable skills that drive philanthropic efforts. The fund also supports Affordable Home Development and Job Creation, ensuring economic stability for individuals impacted by alopecia. Additionally, the Alopecia Economic and Social Justice Program advocates for fair opportunities, while the Alopecia Awareness Network expands outreach and connects communities to essential resources and support. 

Is dedicated to empowering individuals through beauty, self-care, and career opportunities. The Create Your Own Wig Workshop provides hands-on experience for those affected by hair loss, allowing them to craft custom wigs and regain confidence. The Spa Day For The Balds offers wellness and pampering for individuals experiencing hair loss, promoting relaxation and self-esteem. The Dive In Future Professionals Program is a two-year commitment for young adults (ages 16-29) focused on career development in the beauty and wellness industry. The fund also supports the Alopecian Beauty Mixer, a networking and community-building event, as well as scholarships to help aspiring professionals achieve their educational and career goals. 

Provides impactful programs and resources designed to uplift and inspire communities of young people, enhancing their livelihood and future success. Our initiatives include the Celebrity's Play Ball For The Balds Charity Game, which fosters teamwork and community involvement through fun and philanthropy. The Inspire Philanthropy Program targets youth ages 14-21, encouraging them to engage in charitable activities and cultivate leadership skills. The Young Leaders Volunteering initiative offers middle school students an opportunity to provide valuable community assistance, with more to come in this space. Additionally, the Young Leaders International Study Group supports global learning experiences for youth ages 18-30. The Bald Men of Leadership Committee provides mentorship opportunities for young men, while the BioDiscover Youth Initiative (coming soon) seeks partnerships with youth-based organizations or schools to inspire a new generation of scientific discovery.
