She serves as the Executive Director of the Central Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation (CBEDC), where she oversees transformative programs in workforce development, youth entrepreneurship, and community revitalization. A champion for equity and sustainability, Dr. Muhammad-Allen is a founding member of the NY Equity and Environmental Justice Center. In addition to her professional roles, she is a wife, mother, and committed advocate for community progress.

Under his leadership, the Chamber has launched impactful initiatives such as the Small Business Resource Network and Brooklyn EXCELerate, promoting equity and supporting small businesses. With a strong focus on international partnerships and community development, Randy has expanded the Chamber’s global reach. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College and an MPA from NYU, and has dedicated much of his career to fostering growth and opportunity in Brooklyn.
